Rick W. Powell is of counsel to the Powell Law Group. Rick has extensive experience in school district administration, having served as a Director of Special Education and Director of Purchasing prior to attending law school. Rick focuses his practice on school business operations, particularly in the areas of bidding and purchasing. Rick currently serves as Contract Compliance Officer and General Counsel for the The Interlocal Purchasing System. Rick joined the firm in 2014.
