Blake G. Powell is the Firm’s founding and managing partner. Blake represents public school districts and community college districts in all areas of general education law, with a strong emphasis on school construction and business and real estate transactions. He serves as Bond Counsel and Special Counsel to public school districts in public finance transactions. He has significant trial and appellate practice. Blake is listed in the Bond Buyer’s Municipal Marketplace (Red Book).
